Poor Parade — Returns & Exchanges Policy

Overview

We take pride in the quality of our products. Due to limited collections and our production process, all sales are final unless an item is defective or an error occurred on our part. Please verify sizes, shipping details, and selections before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Because many items are limited or made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except for verified defects or shipment errors.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

Email your information to: customerservice@poorparade.com. Our team will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun. If you need to make a change immediately after purchase, contact customerservice@poorparade.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee adjustments, we will do our best if the order has not yet been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Poor Parade is not responsible for packages once the carrier shows the status as Delivered. We encourage customers to track shipments closely and contact the carrier for delivery disputes. If the carrier confirms failure, contact our support team for guidance.
